The password for the PC software is 111111. You'll want to connect a USB to RS232 cable from your laptop to the back of the matrix. Or connect a network cable directly from your PC to the matrix. The default IP address of the matrix is 192.168.0.247, so you'll have to change your PC IP address to something like 192.168.0.5

On the first page, go to PORT and select the port that windows assigned to your USB cable...then click DISCONNECT to connect. 

Go to the network tab and change the IP address to a static IP address that will be in line with your network

Go to the video wall tab. Set your vertical and horizontal settings for your current video wall. You can then use your mouse to drag and select multiple monitors....and then right click to STITCH. This creates a video wall. You can then right click again to change inputs to that particular stitch.

Once you get the hang of this video wall page...you can save 7 custom scenes to the left. Our app will allow you to recall these scenes Search "No Hassle Audio Video" on your iPad or iPhone

You can also recall the scenes via the front panel buttons by pushing....RECALL...OUTPUT1...TAKE...for scene1. RECALL....OUTPUT2...TAKE for scene2...and so on.

Be sure to define the resolutions of all your outputs. On the front panel, push RES...and then an output number...and then push next until you find the max resolution of that output tv....and then push TAKE. Repeat this for all of your monitors. 

Be sure to define the EDID resolutions of all of your inputs. On the front panel, push EDID...and then input 1...and then push next until you find the max resolution of input 1...and then push TAKE. Repeat this for all of your sources
